Oakville October Update

Oakville real estate board has reported on the month of October 2014.  We have seen another increase in Detached homes being sold in October at 148, 15 more then the previous month.  The average price of an Oakville home is $860,813, a $45,943 difference from the month before again being driven up by having more detached homes sold than the month before.

The median price of an Oakville property in October is just above $700,00 where the year before it was just above $600,000.
